kirsten Krane, co-founder

Kirsten Krane is a Registered Dietitian dedicated to elevating public health systems with an emphasis on maternal and child health. With dual Master’s degrees in Nutrition and Public Health and over 14 years of experience—including roles with the Indian Health Service, Boston University, and the Peace Corps—Kirsten loves Quality Improvement methods to bridge the gap between best practice and real life.

A proud Montanan, she serves on the boards of FAST Blackfeet and the Montana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. While she plays an expert at navigating complex health systems by day, her most refined skills involve mastering Gen Alpha lingo and negotiating with her pre-teen daughter. When she isn’t creating PDSA cycles or volunteering, Kirsten can be found wandering the woods and trying to coax plants from the garden.
